Counseling Fees

I offer 30-minute phone or video-call consultations free of charge in order to provide space to determine if I am the best fit for you. If we decide that I am not the best fit, I am happy to provide referrals to other providers in the area.

  • Individual and dyadic sessions (1-2 people):  $130 - 55 minute sessions

  • Sliding scale: I strongly believe that each individual should have access to affordable mental health services. In an effort to support the populations that I work with, I offer services on a sliding scale fee for a limited number of clients who are experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out for more details and availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a consultation?

I offer free 30-minute phone or video-call consultations to new clients to determine if I am the best fit for you. During this conversation, I will provide background on what populations I specialize in working with and what my style of therapy generally looks like. We will also discuss your current needs in order to determine if I have the skills necessary to provide you the best care, or if a different form of care or provider may be more beneficial to you

Telehealth vs In person

Hours and Availability

I currently see clients Monday-Thursday beginning at 9:00 am and hold my last session at 5:00 pm.

I currently have availability and am accepting new clients.

What is your cancelation policy?

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Late notice (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the full session fee; I do offer one free pass on this policy.

If you are running late, please contact me right away and let me know. You can expect me to reach out 10 minutes after our appointment start time, and if I do not hear back within the first 20 minutes of your session, I will assume that you are a "no-show" and your session will be forfeited.

How often will we meet?

Every client has different needs and we will collaborate based on your level of need and availability. Generally, new clients begin at weekly or biweekly appointments; as we begin to see progress and the overall need decreases, some clients may choose to decrease the frequency of sessions to once a month as they move towards ending services.

How long will counseling last?

Growth and healing are not linear, and therefore, the length of time in services varies based on each person’s needs; some may need ongoing support for years, while others may need a briefer period of support and end services after a few months.
